Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Wolly only stores what it needs to run its features:

• Server settings: server IDs, channel and role IDs (bump reminders, status voice channel, sticky leaderboards, invite logs, application review and log channels, giveaway settings) and the settings you configure, such as reminder timing, embed titles, descriptions, colors and footers.
• Bump data: user IDs, bump counts per server, the last user who bumped, whether you turned on your personal DM bump reminder, and bump contest scores.
• Invite data: for each member, join, leave and bonus invite counts, plus which member joined through which inviter and invite code.
• Moderation data: case records such as warnings, mutes, kicks and bans, with the user, moderator, reason, duration and time.
• Giveaway data: prize, host, channel and message IDs, winner count, custom title and icon URL, entries, and role and user blacklists.
• Application data: the forms a server creates, and each submission: applicant user ID, username, answers, status, reviewer and timestamps.
• Premium data: whether a server has Premium, when it starts and ends, and the expiration reminder setting.

Wolly reads server invites to track who invited new members. Wolly does not read or store the content of regular messages, except messages needed to detect Disboard bumps.

2. Custom bot avatar

When a Premium server uses /bot icon, the image is sent to Discord to set Wolly's avatar in that server. Wolly does not keep a copy of the image. The avatar stays visible to that server's members until it is reset or Premium ends. Please read the avatar rules in our Terms of Service.

3. Direct messages

Wolly may send you a DM to run an application, to send your personal bump reminder if you turned it on, to tell you that you won a giveaway (if the server enabled it), or, for server owners, to say that Premium has expired.

4. How we use it

Data is used only to provide Wolly's features, such as sending reminders, showing leaderboards and stats, running giveaways, handling applications and keeping moderation records. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

5. Sharing

We don't share your data with third parties. Some information is visible inside Discord as part of features:

• Leaderboards and global bump stats show user names and counts.
• Application answers are shown to the staff of the server you applied to.
• Moderation cases and invite stats are visible to people in that server who can use those commands.

6. Storage and retention

Data is kept while Wolly is in your server. Some Premium settings are deleted when Premium expires.

7. Your choices

Server admins can remove Wolly at any time. You can turn off your personal DM bump reminder with /bumpping myreminder. To request deletion of data for your server or your user ID, contact us in the support server.

8. Children

Wolly follows Discord's minimum age requirements and is not intended for users below them.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
