1. Acceptance

By adding Wolly to a server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms and to the Discord Terms of Service. If you don't agree, remove the bot and stop using it.

2. What Wolly does

Wolly is a Discord bot that provides bump reminders and bump leaderboards, invite tracking, giveaways, bump contests, applications, moderation tools, stats and related features. Features may change, be added or be removed at any time.

3. Your responsibilities

• Follow the Discord Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer Policy.
• Don't use Wolly for harassment, spam, illegal activity or to harm others.
• Don't try to exploit, overload, reverse engineer or abuse the bot.
• Give Wolly only the permissions it needs, and make sure the people you give access to Wolly's admin commands are trusted.
• You are responsible for everything you configure in Wolly, including embeds, messages, titles, footers, channel names and images.

4. Custom bot avatar (/bot icon)

Premium servers can use /bot icon to set a custom avatar for Wolly in their server. When you use this command:

• You are not allowed to upload NSFW content. This includes sexual, pornographic, gory, violent, hateful or otherwise inappropriate images, and images you don't have the right to use.
• Wolly does not review or approve the images you upload. The image you choose is entirely your responsibility.
• If you upload NSFW or otherwise prohibited content, Wolly and its developers have no responsibility. If the avatar is reported to Discord or leads to any action against the bot, the server or your account, the fault is entirely yours.
• We may reset the avatar, remove Premium access, or restrict or ban the server and the person who set the image, without refund or notice.

5. Giveaways, applications and moderation

• Giveaways and bump contests you host are your responsibility, including delivering prizes, choosing who can enter and following local laws. Wolly picks winners automatically and does not guarantee any prize.
• Applications are run by the server that creates them. You are responsible for the questions you ask, for how you handle the answers, and for telling applicants how their answers will be used.
• Moderation actions (mutes, kicks, bans, warns, purges and locks) are taken by your server's staff. You are responsible for how you use these tools. Wolly and its developers are not responsible for actions taken by your moderators.
• Invite tracking may not be perfectly accurate. Don't rely on it as the only basis for rewards, punishments or other decisions.

6. Premium

Premium is currently in beta and can't be purchased yet. Access, features and pricing may change. When a Premium subscription ends, Premium settings are reverted: custom bump embeds and status channels are removed, giveaway templates are cleared, application forms are closed and the server avatar is reset to default.

7. Availability

Wolly is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we aren't liable for any loss or damage caused by downtime, bugs, missed bump reminders, incorrect invite counts or data loss.

8. Termination

We may restrict or ban servers or users from using Wolly at any time, especially for violating these Terms. You can stop using Wolly at any time by removing the bot from your server.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Wolly after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
